The Sexual Offences Court sitting in Ikeja, Lagos State, has remanded the Vice-President of the Nigerian American Football Association (NAFA), OluwaSeye David Obatolu, at a correctional centre over an alleged sexual assault case filed against him by the Lagos State Government.
Obatolu’s arraignment before the court presided over by Justice R.A. Oshodi marked the third attempt by the court to bring the defendant before it, following his alleged failure to appear on two previous occasions.
Justice Oshodi subsequently ordered that the defendant be remanded pending the hearing of his bail application fixed for June 17, 2026.
