BREAKING: Atletico Madrid manager Simeone handed four-game touchline ban

Diego Simeone will watch the Europa League final from the stands after the Atletico Madrid manager was handed a four-game touchline ban by UEFA.

Simeone’s suspension includes one match which has already been served – the La Liga side’s 1-0 victory against Arsenal in the Europa League semi-final second-leg on Thursday, while he has also been fined $10,000.

The Argentinian coach was sent off during the first leg after just 12 minutes of the first leg at Emirates Stadium last week after insulting a match official and for improper conduct.
