English sources claim Mahrez to Arsenal is a done deal

Popular football journalist Dale O’Donnell believes that Leicester’s Riyad Mahrez will be an  player next season.

The tricky wideman has already submitted a formal transfer request this summer as he looks to move to pastures new and if O’Donnell is to be believed, Arsenal will be his destination.

Arsene Wenger’s side have been tracking the winger for some time and it appears that a deal for the Algerian international could be imminent.

The aforementioned journalist claims that there is an agreement between the two sides and that the only things that remain are a few small details that will be completed in due course, with an official unveiling expected next week.

The winger was voted player of the season as Leicester won the Premier League title in 2015/16 and is very much an Arsene Wenger type player.

Do you think Mahrez will be a good signing for Arsenal? Let us know in the comments section below.
