The Portuguese criticised his opposite number’s antics on the touchline as they embraced following Chelsea’s 4-0 win over the Red Devils at Stamford Bridge on Sunday
Jose Mourinho reportedly slammed Antonio Conte for humiliating him on the touchline during Manchester United’s 4-0 defeat against Chelsea on Sunday.
Goals from Pedro, Gary Cahill, Eden Hazard and N’Golo Kante done the damage as Mourinho lost on his return to his former club at Stamford Bridge.
Conte was his typical exuberant self as Chelsea destroyed Mourinho’s men to record their third straight Premier League win, celebrating Kante’s strike wildly in the dugout area in particular.
And as Mourinho and Conte embraced at the end of the match, the former appeared to criticise his opposite number’s antics as the fourth goal went in.
“Don’t do that [celebrate] at 4-0. 1-0 okay, but 4-0 is humiliating,” Mourinho was filmed saying in Conte’s ear.
When asked what he told Conte at the end of the affair by Sky Sports , Mourinho refused to comment.
