Manchester United forget Ronaldo and target Neymar

Sporting Tribune

The Red Devils have grown tired of waiting for Cristiano Ronaldo, assuming the Portuguese striker only attempted to put pressure on Real Madrid, and have returned to their initial idea of fighting for Neymar.

Manchester United have given up on their intention of signing Cristiano Ronaldo, due to the Portuguese striker’s lack of real interest, as the club believe they were used only to put pressure on Real.

Mourinho’s side will now revert to their initial plan of signing Neymar. United would be willing to break market records in order to sign the Brazilian ace.

Barcelona, who are financially lacking in recent times and with Messi’s contract negotiations ahead, could consider selling Neymar to restructure their squad.

PSG want 100 million for Verratti, and Barca are desperate to sign the midfielder. In that context, United will fight for Neymar again, bearing in mind the Brazilian’s desire to play in the Premier League.
