Success in modern football is no longer measured only by trophies, as commercial strength has become one of the biggest indicators of a club’s global influence.

From shirt sponsorships and kit deals to merchandising, digital content, stadium tours and worldwide partnerships, elite clubs now generate hundreds of millions of euros every year away from the pitch.

According to the Deloitte Football Money League 2026, commercial income remains the largest source of revenue for Europe’s biggest clubs, reflecting the growing value of football brands across the world.

Here are the 10 clubs leading the commercial revenue race.

Real Madrid: €594 million ($644M)

Real Madrid remains football’s commercial powerhouse. The Spanish giants have expanded their global sponsorship portfolio while benefiting from booming merchandise sales and the commercial opportunities created by the renovated Santiago Bernabéu Stadium.

With partnerships involving Adidas, Emirates and numerous global brands, Madrid continues to set the benchmark for football business.

FC Barcelona: €522 million ($566M)

Bayern Munich: €461 million ($500M)
