Yusuf Abiola of Ibadan Golf Club (IGC), on Thursday, emerged winner of the Prince Bayo Aderinto golf kitty.
The one-day kitty which was sponsored by the celebrant at IGC, Onireke, Ibadan, attracted a number of golfers across the country.
Yusuf claimed the top prize after played 70 Net.
In his remarks, Captain of IGC, Col. Ade Sunmonu (retd) lauded the qualities of the celebrant who he described as a lover of golf.
Sunmonu, who was represented by IGC second vice-captain, Ola Ibironke said Aderinto who served as Captain IGC between 2008 and 2009 he did well.

He said, “Aderinto is somebody of repute because at 6o, he looks 40 and this could be attributed to the game of golf. He always preach golf which is the game of life.”
Aderinto, in his remarks said he felt great and glorious saying he celebrated the kitty so as to encourage more people to embrace golf.
Aderinto, the Elizade Smokin Hills Golf Resort Prime Minister said “Your life style determines who you are, I have been a sports person, I have been a golfer in the last 26 years.
“Golf keeps me fit, it’s all about walking, and when you walk, you sweat and gives you a lot of mental energy so as to initiate your intiator into golf,” he stated.
