Inter hoping Bayern drop Vidal price

Reports claim Inter are still keen to sign Bayern Munich’s Arturo Vidal but want the German giants to lower their asking price.

The Nerazzurri have reportedly made the Chile international midfielder a target for the current transfer window and the Bundesliga champions are said to be open to his exit.

However, Corriere dello Sport are reporting that, although the 31-year-old is keen to return to Serie A, Bayern’s 30m euros asking price is a potential roadblock to any deal being completed.

Vidal would be available on a free transfer next summer and the Bavarians will not want to risk losing him for nothing and it may be that deal is possible, with negotiations between the clubs ongoing.

The South American has made 122 appearances for Bayern in all competitions and bagged 22 goals, including 14 in the Bundesliga.
